To cultivate purpose by empowering passionate adolescents and young adults to revitalize communities and support displaced citizens through F.A.I.T.H. model (Further Activating Initiatives Through Hope). Our mission is to equip communities with tangible skills, a resilient mindset, and the tools for dynamic leadership, critical research, and meaningful community engagement — empowering them to discover that purpose is not just what they do, but who they become.
Oftentimes, we're programmed to feel powerless, but:
whether it's making someone smile, helping a neighbor, showing up for the people you care about, or giving time to those in need — any act of generosity counts, and everyone has something to contribute.
We believe that every one is built to be powerful.
Our mission is rooted in the belief that every individual is designed with purpose and potential. We exist to cultivate that power — helping youth and communities move from survival to significance.
In building this power that exists in each of us, our aim is to keep generosity in motion.
